Return Policy

Online Returns

XDR is pleased to offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy on eligible online orders.  XDR cannot offer a refund or exchange beyond 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.

Sensor purchases are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.  XDR CLARITY Sensors come with a 4 year warranty and XDR will replace a defective sensor within the first 4 years of purchase.  Sensors that exhibit signs of misuse or abuse are exempt from warranty coverage.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your original order included shipping fees, those shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.   If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@xdremail.com.  We will arrange for replacement and cover all shipping costs.

If you placed an incorrect order, we will exchange your order for the correct items.  Send us an email at service@xdremail.com.  You will be responsible for returning the items prior to receiving the exchanged order.  You are responsible for return shipping plus a flat $10 shipping fee for the correct order.

All orders are shipped via FedEx 3 Day delivery service.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. XDR Radiology is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
