Schedule your XDR Imaging Software Update

Thank you for choosing to update your XDR Imaging Software to the Latest Level!

Just a few things to note before you schedule your update.

  • During the update, you will not be able to take or view images in XDR. We recommend scheduling the update on a day when you are not seeing patients or starting the update later in the day and allowing it to run overnight if necessary.
  • You will not need to be present during the entire update. All you will need to do is simply connect your server and workstations to the XDR Technician.
  • You will need to have administrator rights to the server and workstations to allow for the installation to be completed.
  • Please note Microsoft has ceased support for Windows XP and Server 2003 and these are no longer compatible with XDR. If your server is running on one of these operating systems, please upgrade your Server OS prior to scheduling your XDR Imaging Software update.
     

Please select an available weekday time-slot below to schedule your remote software update. You will be emailed a calendar reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The XDR Technician will call you on the day and time of your appointment.
