We’re looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist who will be focused on providing support for our sales and marketing teams.
This position holds the potential for further growth within our sales team.
Sales Support Specialist Duties include:
• Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline
• Create and send quotes for XDR Sales Associates
• Schedule software demos and trials for prospects with our sales, support, and clinical team members
• Assist onboarding of new clients including welcome call and next-step guidance
• Assist with outbound email campaigns and other marketing efforts
• Deliver prompt follow-up to all sales team requests and perform routine customer follow ups
• Help reengage prospects that have gone cold
• Help hunt new prospect organizations and practices
• Cover phone, web, chat, and email when Sales Team is not available, or backup is required
• Coordinate trade shows and other sales/marketing events
• Gain a thorough understanding and working knowledge of our product offerings while on-the job

Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Two years professional experience with customer service or sales support
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated employment stability
• Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs
• Ability to provide shift coverage from 8:30AM to 5:00PM PT, working no later than 6:00PM in your local time zone.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of convention/tradeshow logistics
• Ability to occasionally travel to the main office and show locations
